User Data: Name, email, and billing information.
Business Data: Vendor contracts, invoices, and rate cards uploaded for auditing.
Metadata: IP addresses and usage logs for security monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Data

Audit Execution: To compare invoices against contracts using AI.
Service Improvement: To remember your "Vendor Aliases" for future accuracy.
AI Training Policy: Crucial: We do not use your uploaded contracts or invoices to train our Large Language Models (LLMs). Data is processed via secure APIs (Google Vertex AI/Gemini) with zero data retention for training purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Data is stored in secure cloud environments (Supabase/Google Cloud) with strict Row Level Security (RLS).

5. International Transfers

As an Indian LLP, we comply with the DPDP Act 2023. For global users, we ensure data transfers meet GDPR and CCPA requirements through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
