By creating an account with AuditGuard, a product of Vrishabh Capital Advisors LLP, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

AuditGuard provides AI-powered analysis of financial documents. While our AI ("The 10-Point Engine") aims for 100% accuracy, it is a tool for assistance only.

3. Professional Disclaimer

• AuditGuard is not a licensed CPA, tax advisor, or legal firm.
• The "Money Recovered" dashboard reflects potential savings. Vrishabh Capital Advisors LLP is not responsible for any failed disputes or relationships damaged between you and your vendors.
• Final Review: Users must manually verify all "Discrepancies" before sending dispute emails.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Payments are processed globally via our Merchant of Record.
• Refunds: Due to the high compute costs of AI auditing, we offer a limited refund policy once an audit has been successfully processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrishabh Capital Advisors LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from errors in AI-generated audits.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
